SUPPORT OUR CHAPTER
Our chapter raises money through "hall sales," where we sell Longhorn Band related merchandise at music events such as UT football games and Butler School of Music concerts. We also collect funds through many service projects, fundraisers within the band, and outside donations. Here's where our money goes:

PHILANTHROPY
Our chapter primarily focuses our fundraising efforts to a charity of our choosing, which will be voted on at the beginning of the Fall 2024 semester, that benefits women and minorities in music.

SCHOLARSHIPS
We allocate funds to our two annual scholarships that award female excellence within the Longhorn Band. We have two applications: one for non-TBS LHB members and one for active TBS members. Each application awards our recipients with $500 each.

ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP
In order to run our organization and make sure we can afford our activities, we primarily rely on dues from our active members. We try to decrease these every year. Your donation could help do that and make TBS more accessible for all!
